A source confirms via PRNewsWire that L3COS a three-part blockchain for individuals, businesses and governments will be introduced at the World Economic Forum (WEF) Annual Meeting 2020 in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland.
According to L3COS' website: "L3COS is a Level 3 Consensus Operating System that uses blockchain technology to create regulated infrastructure for sovereign countries to digitize value and automate processes. To achieve this goal, we have created 195 super-nodes to digitize countries and gave them the ability to govern using smart contracts. The framework provides governments and businesses with infrastructure to build fully regulated DApps for new digital economy."
The official launch is set to take place on January 21-24, 2020.
