Binance has launched bStocks in the UAE, giving eligible users 24/7 access to tokenized securities tracking five U.S. stocks, including Tesla, NVIDIA, and Circle, starting from $5. The products are issued by BTech Holdings Limited, a Binance group affiliate, and are held by a regulated custodian, but do not confer direct ownership of the underlying shares.
Binance has expanded its financial services offering in the United Arab Emirates with the launch of bStocks, giving eligible UAE users access to tokenized securities tracking selected U.S. stocks and exchange-traded funds around the clock.
Announced on September 21, the launch extends Binance’s platform beyond conventional crypto trading and adds tokenized U.S. equities to its broader push toward becoming a financial “super app.”
Through bStocks, eligible users can gain exposure to selected U.S. stocks through blockchain-based securities while managing crypto and other financial products within the same platform. Binance said the offering is designed to connect traditional financial markets with blockchain infrastructure and provide users with greater flexibility in accessing different asset classes.
bStocks are tokenized securities designed to track the price of selected U.S. stocks and ETFs. They are issued by BTech Holdings Limited, a Binance group affiliate, with each token linked to a corresponding underlying share held by a regulated custodian.
The products do not represent direct ownership of the underlying stocks. Binance also cautioned that bStocks are designed to track the price of their corresponding assets but are not guaranteed to match real-time market prices at all times.
For eligible UAE users, the products offer several blockchain-native features alongside exposure to U.S. equities.
Users can start trading from $5, while supported bStocks can be traded 24/7, including outside traditional U.S. market hours. Binance warned, however, that prices can be particularly volatile outside regular trading sessions, creating additional risk for users.
Supported bStocks can also be transferred to compatible BNB Chain wallets, allowing users to retain self-custody where available. Certain tokens can additionally be used within compatible blockchain applications, giving the assets utility beyond conventional market exposure.
Binance said eligible UAE users will initially have access to tokenized securities representing five U.S. companies:
Circle Internet Group (CRCLB/USDT)
Micron Technology (MUB/USDT)
NVIDIA (NVDAB/USDT)
SanDisk (SNDKB/USDT)
Tesla (TSLAB/USDT)
The exchange said additional bStocks are already available on Binance and that more products are expected to be introduced progressively, subject to applicable approvals.
Corporate actions, including stock splits and dividend-related adjustments, are processed automatically according to the relevant product structure, Binance said.
The bStocks launch forms part of Binance’s broader effort to bring multiple financial services under one platform.
UAE users already have access to Binance’s cryptocurrency trading and earning products. Adding tokenized U.S. equities gives users another asset class without requiring them to leave the Binance ecosystem.
Tarik Erk, Binance’s head of MENAT, said the company is seeking to build a financial platform that extends beyond cryptocurrency and brings different financial opportunities together through a single ecosystem.
He described the UAE launch of bStocks as another step toward connecting traditional financial markets with blockchain technology and said Binance aims to make access to U.S. equities more flexible for digital-first users.
The launch reflects a broader push to bring traditional financial assets onto blockchain infrastructure.
Rather than giving users direct ownership of the underlying shares, bStocks create a blockchain-based representation designed to follow their price performance. This structure allows Binance to combine exposure to traditional equities with features associated with digital assets, including 24/7 availability, blockchain transfers and potential on-chain utility.
For Binance, the UAE launch also adds another layer to its expanding financial ecosystem, bringing tokenized securities alongside the crypto products already available on its platform.
The company’s challenge will be turning that broader range of assets into a genuinely integrated financial experience while ensuring each product operates within the regulatory framework applicable to the market and eligible users.
