In September Dubai Based incubator inc5 announced a blockchain challenge powered by Oracle.  In a tweet, today the In5 announced that Blockchain solutions Apostille, s solution for managing wills on the Blockchain and Salama a blockchain solution for pharmaceutical safety developed by Dubai University students won first and second price.
