UAE Blockchain company KartBlock and UK MediLives in Oman e-commerce Conference

UAE Blockchain company KartBlock annunces potential agreements for crypto payment and crypto wallet implementations in GCC

KartBlock and Medilives were two Blockchain companies that participated in Oman’s biggest ecommerce technology event OEC 2019 held between September 16^th -17^th 2019.

KARTBlock is a Shrajah UAE based Blockchain Company that has developed various products utilizing blockchain technology. These include ChainEdcerts, for digital credentials in education utilizing Hyperledger as a platform. In addition they have the Traqrchain solution for supplychain on blockchain that includes IOT and Blockchain as well as Medichain for securing patient health records, Blockhire for utilizing blockchain in HR as well on Hyperledger. In addition KARTBlock also developed Aqarchain for tokenizing real-estate on blockchain.

As per their website, KartBlock is deeply involved in supporting the start-up ecosystem in developing blockchain based solution protocols. KartBlock is at the helm of creating grass root level incubation with collaborations and partnerships in the region. This helps to promote blockchain enabled technologies in the universities and corporates. Waqas Nakhwa CEO of KartBlock, Silver Sponsor at OEC spoke at the event. On their twitter page KartBlock mentioned some important strategic agreements and discussions such as an agreement with a GCC stock exchange company to implement crypto payments as well as discussion on the development of a digital payment wallet for an energy company in the region.

In addition UK headquartered Medilives focused on telemedicine solutions using AI and blockchain was also present at the event. The MediLiVes platform enables healthcare professionals and patients to collect, store and harvest key findings from medical examinations data. The app is capable of recognizing more than 20 irregularities in ECG signals, making diagnosis significantly faster. There are more than 20 diagnostics which can be carried out using the MediLiVes devices.

Medilives is undergoing a token sale for its Medilives Blockchain solutions. According to their website MLIV tokens will be utilized to ensure frictionless transactions of tele-medicine globally. The tokenization of these payments is a great leap forward for cryptocurrencies as a whole. MLIV tokens will only be available through a private sale and a public IEO on LAToken Exchange.
