Bahrain Based Rain crypto exchange launches publicly

Bahrain Economic Development Board in a recent tweet announced that Rain Financial has been certified as a Sharia compliant crypto exchange. EDB considers Rain one of many promising companies in the Fintech ecosystem in Bahrain.

Rain Exchange is now operational within the Regulatory Sandbox and has been certified as a Sharia Compliant crypto exchange noted the tweet.

Rain  Co-Founder Abdullah AlMoaiqel replied, “We love the futuristic display of rainfinancial by the Bahrain Economic Development Board, very grateful for their support through their incredible team. What a privilege to be a part of building the future for crypto-assets in our region.

Rain had announced in late February that it had graduated the regulatory sandbox and had been certified as a Sharia Compliant crypto exchange.  In an interview given Al Moaiqel  stated, ” this is a major milestone in the cryptocurrency and Islamic markets. our mission is to provide MENA with a crpytocurency exchange that meets the highest standards in terms of regulation, accessibility, security and trust. We are excited to open the Islamic markets to cryptocurrency with a Shari’a compliant exchange. We could not be more excited to have graduated the sandbox and our very close to public launch.”

It seems that the tweet in question today is announcing the public launch of Rain officially. 

Rain crypto exchange currently is trading Bitcoin, Litecoin, XRP, and Eth.
