DKK Digital has secured a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) License for Virtual Asset Advisory Services by Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), strengthening its position within the UAE’s regulated digital asset ecosystem.
The new license authorizes DKK Digital to provide regulated virtual asset advisory services in and from Dubai, expanding its scope of operations under one of the world’s most comprehensive regulatory frameworks for digital assets.
The approval builds on a growing list of regulatory milestones for the company. In 2025, DKK Digital obtained a VARA VASP Broker-Dealer License and also secured authorization from the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) to offer regulated stablecoin solutions across the country. Together, these approvals position DKK Digital as an institution-grade digital asset service provider operating at the intersection of innovation and compliance.
“This is a major step in our growth journey,” said Khalid Talukder, Co-Founder and CEO of DKK Digital. “The advisory license enables us to deepen our support for institutional and corporate clients while reaffirming our commitment to the highest regulatory standards in the UAE and globally.”
As Dubai continues to establish itself as a global center for regulated digital assets, the new advisory license allows DKK Digital to broaden its service offering and deepen relationships with institutional and corporate clients seeking compliant access to virtual assets. The firm said the approval will also enable it to play a more active role in shaping the future of regulated virtual asset adoption in the region.
With regulatory momentum behind it, DKK Digital continues to focus on building secure, compliant digital asset infrastructure designed to support the next generation of financial services.
DKK Digital is a VARA- and SCA-regulated subsidiary of DKK Partners, a financial services group that provides secure and rapid access to major fiat currencies including USD, EUR, and GBP. While DKK Partners focuses on traditional financial rails, DKK Digital delivers regulated stablecoin and digital asset solutions that streamline transactions, enhance liquidity, and enable efficient value transfer.
Leveraging DKK Partners’ global footprint, DKK Digital serves corporate SMEs, non-bank financial institutions (NBFIs), payment service providers, fintech firms, and digital exchanges, enabling them to trade and move digital assets with speed and confidence across key markets.
DKK Digital’s services include direct access to stablecoins such as USDC and USDT, alongside hundreds of other digital assets supported by low fees and seamless fiat on- and off-ramps. The firm also offers secure multi-currency wallet solutions for storing, sending, and receiving digital assets, as well as DeFi-focused solutions that enable fast value transfer and efficient integration with decentralized finance environments.
By combining regulatory rigor with scalable infrastructure, DKK Digital aims to deliver secure, future-ready digital asset solutions that meet the evolving needs of institutions and businesses operating in a decentralized economy.
