SEC Chair Gensler Confirms Ongoing Review of Bitcoin ETF Filings

U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chair Gary Gensler confirmed on Wednesday that the agency’s staff is actively reviewing several Bitcoin Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) filings.
