UNLOCK Blockchain Forum unveils first line up of elite Panel of Speakers

The elite line up of the prestigious UNLOCK Blockchain Forum’s international and UAE blockchain speakers was officially unveiled today. The forum being organized by Al-Iktissad-Wal-Aamal Group is set to take place from January 14 to 15, 2018 at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Dubai International Financial Centre, in Dubai.

The UNLOCK Blockchain Forum will be the first MENA Asia Blockchain Forum to be held in the emirate, bringing together around 400 attendees from across MENA and parts of Asia. The forum aims to gather blockchain experts and implementers to discuss where blockchain can be implemented, how it will disrupt businesses; bring forth the sharing economy; while showcasing Dubai’s achievements in spearheading blockchain implementation in the region.

The UNLOCK Blockchain Forum will gather well-renowned blockchain professionals, entrepreneurs, and experts from across the globe. Its first batch of distinguished speakers include Oliver Bussmann, Founder of Bussmann Advisory, President of Swiss Crypto Valley, and Strategic Advisor to IOTA, the blockchain company for the Internet of Things; H.E. Dr. Aisha Bin Bishr, Director General of Smart Dubai; Engineer Wesam Lootah, CEO of Dubai Smart Government; Jehan Chu, Managing Director of Kenectic Capital (formerly Jen Advisors) as well as Founder of Ethereum Hong Kong, Hyperledger Hong Kong, and Co-Founder of Bitcoin Association Hong Kong; Dr. Paulo Tasca, Founder and Executive Director of the Center for Blockchain Technologies, UCL University College London; and Ismail Malik, Founder and CEO of Blockchain Labs and Editor in Chief of ICO Crowds, the first ICO Crowd Magazine in the world. More high-level speakers will be announced in the upcoming weeks.
