UAE London Project Food and Beverage restaurant has launched the world’s first and only New Year’s Eve NFT in partnership with Cifris, blockchain technology start-up that enables people to use NFTs for physical and tangible goods. Going live on December 16th at 12pm for a limited time release period, The London Project’s New Year’s Eve NFT will be available for purchase through cifris.com, using a metamask wallet.
Priced at AED 50,000 to mark and celebrate the UAE’s Jubilee year, the NFT will grant four people prime terrace access to the glamourous ‘White & Gold’ NYE party on December 31, where fine fare and free-flowing Laurent Perrier Champagne will be served alongside live performances by Jermain Jackman and a breathtaking display of fireworks along Dubai’s glittering skyline. Owner of the NFT will also receive VIP access to a private cabin on New Year’s Eve, where they will take a ride on Ain Dubai with their guests while sipping Champagne. The NFT holder will be provided with luxury transportation to and from the venue, a framed version of the NFT as a takeaway to celebrate its debut, plus more secret surprises on the night.
“We’re thrilled to be launching the first-ever restaurant New Year’s Eve NFT in partnership with Cifris. As the digital space further develops, it seems fitting to be transitioning into 2022 using the new world’s way of making transactions, and it’s exciting to be one of the first restaurants in Dubai using NFTs in such a way,” said Stephen Valentino, co-founder and CEO of The London Project.
Also speaking on the partnership, co-founder of Cifris, Abyan Sheikh Fasciolo said: “NFT was the most searched word of 2021 and this is only the start. 2022 will be the year we begin to see the application of NFTs into things we know, and we’re extremely excited to be partnering with The London Project to launch a first-of-its-kind NFT sale, where the future meets current.”

The owner of the NFT and their three guests will begin celebrations to ring in 2022 from 8.30pm on The London Project’s terrace, where they’ll enjoy four hours of premium beverages and free-flow Laurent Perrier Champagne, paired with a sumptuous meal. The party continues from 12.30am – 3am with an a la carte offering.
For dinner, the final feast of the year will comprise a range of indulgent dishes including caviar, oysters and foie gras, followed by mains of lamb rack, Chilean seabass, truffle ravioli and more. Not forgetting delicious desserts of caramelized fig chocolate mousse, lemon tarte, and a cheeseboard generously laid with blue, goats, cheddar, camembert, spiced chutney, and grapes.
A sensational atmosphere is to be expected throughout the evening, with live entertainment by Jermain Jackman, winner of hit TV show The Voice, DJ Rootical Deep and a live saxophonist, as well as front row seats to some of the city’s most sought-after, sweeping views of the New Year’s Eve fireworks across Bluewater’s Island, Jumeirah Beach Residence and Palm Jumeirah.
