UAE based FTFT Capital Investments LLC (“FTFT Capital”) (NASDAQ: FTFT) a blockchain-based e-commerce business and a fintech service provider which in June 2021 registered a new subsidiary, FTFT Capital Investments LLC (“FTFT Capital”), in Dubai United Arab Emirates, has partnered with South Korea’s AWNEX team to cooperate on the launch of WE SHARE services.
The two entitries have signed an MOU to build joint marketing and cooperative relationships for the WE SHARE project built on Blockchain.
WE SHARE app built by AWNEX, is a blockchain enabled digital exchange market.’The keywords of the WE SHARE application are ‘Convenience,’ ‘Creativity,’ “Trust’ and ‘Asset Security.’ The WE SHARE application will develop mobile optimized blockchain based O2O platform through partnerships with international players and global entities.
In a joint statement from FTFT CAPITAL and AWNEX Team, both entities stated, " WE SHARE project, being worked on for the last couple of years will contribute to the revitalization of small and medium-sized businesses and commercial districts, which have been facing hardships due to Covid-19. It will induce cooperation with various governments and related corporations to lead the development of the blockchain industry."
