CoinDesk Announces the launch of Consensus Singapore

As part of an international expansion, CoinDesk is partnering with Informa PLC, to launch its flagship conference in Singapore in September 2018

CoinDesk, Inc, the leading digital media, events, and information services company for the crypto and blockchain community, has announced that it will be partnering with Knect365’s premier TechXLR8 event series to launch the inaugural edition of Consensus: Singapore this year. After four years of compounding success with Consensus in New York City, CoinDesk has selected Singapore as the destination for its first international event. The event will be held on September 18-20, 2018, and registration will officially open Monday, May 14th.

Started in 2015 by CoinDesk, the annual Consensus event held in New York City in May has become the biggest industry event of the year in just four years time, attracting, this year, over 7,500 attendees from across the worlds of business, technology, academia, and government. CoinDesk has previously expanded the Consensus series in New York City, with its first annual Consensus: Invest in November 2017. However, the Consensus: Singapore event marks a pivotal moment for the series as it expands to a market that has embraced blockchain technology in short order across both the private and public sectors.
