 UK Headquartered Blockchain consultancy firm, Bitchain Capital has announced that it will be  applying for DeFi license in Dubai UAE with DMCC ( Dubai Multi Commodities Center),  Europe, Georgia and Estonia. According to Bitchain,

DEX has secured a Financial Services Permission (FSP) from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) in the United Arab Emirates. The FSP authorizes DEX to operate a regulated Multilateral Trading Facility

DEX will act as a regulated Multilateral Trading Facility and custodian
