ByBit crypto exchange holds NFT Crypto talks during Art Dubai in UAE
Bybit a leading crypto exchange which recently launched its NFT marketplace is curating a series of talks during the UAE Art Dubai Exhibition.
The ByBit Talks at Art Dubai aim to give visitors a greater understanding of the rapid growth in digital platforms. ArtDubai is being held between March 11th and 13th at Madinet Jumeirah in Dubai.
Guest speakers include names such as Ralf Glabischnig, one of the founders of Crypto Oasis, who is actively building a worldwide blockchain ecosystem and Marwan Al Zarouni, CEO of Dubai Blockchain Centre and member of the Dubai Future Council for Blockchain Technology as well as a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on cryptocurrencies.
The talks will address the new and crypto media space and discuss some of the ideas and uses cases these unique formations of social networks have generated. A panel on reflections on learning about Web3 will be held with speakers including Alex Chevtaev, Patricia Ezpelta, Ichraq Bouzidi, Serena Abou Daher. One of the panels will reflect on the journey of the recent Campus Art Dubai Blockchain Education residency. The directors and residents of the program will be sharing their experience from being NFT curious to completing the program and minting their first NFT.
Interesting speakers on the topics of NFT and the metaverse include Dima Abdul Kader who is the co-founder of the online gallery Emergeast built to facilitate recognition and knowledge of Middle Eastern art and culture to inspiring artists and aspiring collectors. She is an arts and culture devotee and NFT enthusiast wholly dedicated to the creative domain. She has been involved with expanding the gallery’s offering into web3.
In addition Khaled Al Hurraimel who served as Group CEO of BEEAH Group since 2009, and then founded several technology-based startups including BEDU which has launched several NFT and web3 projects will also be speaking at the event.
In addition ArtDubai will be showcasing digital and NFT art in its digital gallery. The new fair section will explore the digital and NFT art worlds examine the context out of which NFTs, cryptocurrency, video art and virtual reality (VR) have grown since the rise of digital art in the 1980s, including those who are leading the way in the rapidly expanding digital art space.
