Singapore BitXmi OTC crypto exchange listed on the Singapore Companies House and fully regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has received a license in DMCC ( Dubai Multi Commodities Centre) in UAE for its NFT Marketplace.
The company announced their license on twitter.

As per their website, the company plans to stand out and be the leading exchange for centralized crypto platforms. Its primary goal is to create awareness to crypto-economics and bridging the gap of uncertainty through understanding, simplicity and secure access to crypto trading.
For large volume traders and global institutional investors, BitXmi offers OTC (Over-the-counter) which allows large P2P transfers up to $100K in between verified users.
In addition BitXmi offers an NFT collection that users can buy, bid or sell using the wallet of their choice. This is under their NFT Marketplace which now has received a license in the UAE.
They also specialize in commodities tokenization of diamonds and gold.
NFTs are going mainstream and are started to have many use cases.
