Unlock Blockchain is proud to announce that public voting is now open for the Top 20 Performing CEOs in Web3 and Digital Assets for 2024—marking the third year of this unique and independent recognition.

What makes this award stand out is its non-commercial nature: there are no nomination fees, no sponsorship strings, and no marketing influence. It is built on merit, industry contribution, and the voice of the community. This is the only recognition of its kind in the Web3 and digital assets space where success cannot be bought—only earned.

This year, we’re proud to present a shortlist of 37 nominees. Each of them has made a mark on the ecosystem, whether by launching a new product, navigating regulatory complexity, driving institutional growth, or building strong communities. Some names are well known; others are rising talents. Many more across the industry equally deserve recognition, but may not have been nominated or simply did not know about the award. That does not diminish their contribution.

It’s also worth noting that several nominees were removed during our internal review process in order to maintain the integrity of the award—ensuring it remains a celebration of achievers and good actors in the space. To encourage thoughtful participation and democratize the process, each voter may cast one vote, distributing credits among three nominees:
