Black Manta Capital Partners (BMCP) has announced that it has entered into a broker-dealer partnership with Genesis Block to jointly develop the markets for tokenized securities in the USA and Europe. the cooperation will include preferred access to established distribution channels and cross continental placement of Security tokens.
As a US-based digital asset and blockchain-focused financial services platform, Genesis Block aims to accelerate the connection of digital assets and real economies to drive lasting enterprise value creation and growth across the United States and international markets. This includes establishing primary and secondary markets for digital securities as well as cross-border markets for digital assets and related products and services.
