Liquid D Holding, deployed its blockchain based platform “Lucid Pay” at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, the luxury 5-star beach resort situated on the East Crescent of the world-famous Palm Jumeirah. Lucid Pay smart settlement platform was integrated to streamline the operations using its latest control modules for breakfast, half board, full board, as well as All Inclusive.
Commenting on the deployment, Liquid D Founder Jawad Riachi said: “It is hard to believe that we are at the 3rd generation of the platform. Lucid Pay version 3 is more powerful, easily configurable, and provides better control to our clients while continuously focusing on enhancing the customers’ experience.” Ramsey El Saarany, Hotel Manager, quoted: “Lucid Pay was necessary to optimize and innovate our existing operation and offerings. A new type of packages is now possible to offer to our valued guests. This was the first step towards designing a seamless and frictionless guest experience. Moving to a paperless operation was another critical point to our decision.”
Mohammed Mustafa, IT Infrastructure quoted: “Smooth integration and cost effectiveness were the main key elements in choosing Lucid Pay. Lucid Pay integrated effortlessly into our system with minimal investment on additional hardware.”
LucidPay has been deployed in two other hotels within the UAE over the past two years. One of them in Caesers Bluewaters hotel and Atlantis.
