SAP introduces blockchain in Leonardo

SAP recently announced new improvements in its Leonardo platform. These improvements were announces during its Sapphire Now Customers Conference. Leonardo its IoT platform is now powered with new machine learning capabilities and new software and services. These services namely include IoT, Big data, and Blockchain all running on SAP cloud. According to SAP these new services will stream data and predictive analytics.

CEO Bill McDermott, stated, “This is the biggest move our company has made since SAP HANNA. Leonardo is a digital innovation system.” SAP has also announced the launch of SAP Leonardo Centers, which will offer services for developers and partners to build out their own custom apps. The centers will initially be based in New York, Paris, São Leopoldo, and Bangalore.
