As the CEO and Co-Founder of Tokinvest, he has redefined the virtual assets landscape, leading the company to become the first DMCC firm to secure a Full Market License from Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA). In 2024, Tokinvest partnered with SuperWorld to integrate tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) into physical locations through immersive technology. This strategic alliance established a unique distribution channel blending immersive tech, web3, and AI. Additionally, Tokinvest expanded its collaboration with the Universal Digital Payments Network (UDPN) by launching a Tokenized Deposit and Stablecoin Management System, providing a comprehensive solution for banks, government entities, and corporates looking to launch and manage their own tokenized deposits or stablecoins. With over 20 years of experience as an award-winning lawyer and entrepreneur, Scott has significantly contributed to global regulatory frameworks, including VARA’s guidelines for virtual assets, which set new standards for compliance and innovation. Beyond his role at Tokinvest, Scott is a longstanding board member of Hedera LLC, where he actively advocates for blockchain adoption and governance.
