Andrey Lazorenko

Biography

Andrey brings over a decade of leadership experience in blockchain and fintech, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams to solve complex challenges. Throughout his career, he has founded four companies and delivered large-scale corporate, enterprise, and government projects across global markets. In his previous role as CEO and Co-Founder of IdeaSoft.io, he transformed the company into a trusted provider of blockchain, fintech, and NFT solutions. Under his leadership, the company expanded internationally and consistently delivered mission-critical digital infrastructure through high-performing, cross-functional teams. Beyond this, Andrey has played a key role in launching and scaling several successful Web3 ventures, including Global Ledger, Orderly, and SID Venture Partners—one of Ukraine’s leading venture capital funds. Today, as CEO of ADI Foundation, Andrey is leading the organization from concept to execution, focused on building sovereign-grade blockchain infrastructure for governments and institutions. This includes the rollout of the ADI Chain mainnet, designed for institutional use and national-scale pilots across sectors such as energy, real estate, and digital identity in more than 20 countries and 50 institutions. The foundation has also advanced the development of a dirham-backed stablecoin initiative, aimed at enabling secure, transparent, and efficient payments in the UAE and beyond.
