At DAMAC Properties, the flagship arm of DAMAC Group, Amira oversees the full development lifecycle of properties, ensuring that every phase—from design and construction to sales, marketing, and analytics—maximises value. She also manages DAMAC’s network of direct and independent sales agents, focusing on initiatives that strengthen partnerships and enhance sales effectiveness. Through PRYPCO, Amira has simplified real estate transactions in the UAE, providing the tools and knowledge needed to navigate the market with confidence. She led the expansion of PRYPCO as a full-stack PropTech platform, integrating mortgages, brokerage connectivity, fractional ownership, tokenization, and investor services into one ecosystem. She has advanced accessibility in property ownership, enabling new investor segments to participate in Dubai real estate through digital and fractional investment models, and supported the growth and adoption of real-estate tokenization initiatives, positioning the UAE at the forefront of regulated, blockchain-enabled property ownership. Her broader market influence extends to actively shaping conversations around digital transformation, transparency, and accessibility in real estate, reinforcing the sector’s evolution from asset ownership to investment infrastructure.
