The European Standardisation Organisations (ESOs) are the three standards bodies officially recognized by the European Union: CEN, CENELEC and ETSI. They develop voluntary European standards covering products, services, electrotechnology and telecommunications. Their standards can support EU legislation, digital infrastructure, interoperability and emerging technologies.
