Mazen Rasamny is Managing Partner of Rasma Legal, with over 23 years of experience advising on complex transactions across the Middle East and North Africa. He focuses on banking and finance, M&A, fintech and digital assets, and has led the firm’s regulatory licensing work in fintech and virtual assets. He holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and a DEA in Business Law from Sorbonne University. He was named Digital Assets Lawyer of the Year in 2023 and 2025.
