Airzus, Inc. is excited to announce it has recently been accepted into the forward-looking Oracle Global Startup Ecosystem, whose goal is to build a thriving global startup community to drive the digital economy based on mutually beneficial partnerships that enable next-generation growth and drive cloud-based innovation for startups throughout all stages of growth.
Airzus is building aerial data compliance technology on top of Oracle’s next-gen Autonomous Data Warehouse and Blockchain Cloud Service. Utilizing the enterprise-ready open source Hyperledger Fabric architecture, Airzus is taking a token-less approach to ensure the integrity of its inter-industry, permissioned distributed ledger.
“We believe being able to verify that any piece of aerial data or media was captured in compliance with existing regulations is integral in promoting increased commercial adoption of drone technology. Since safety is of paramount importance in the industry, we believe creating an immutable acquisition audit trail is a natural evolution in business risk mitigation,” according to Stan Khlevner, the company’s Founder & CEO. “Oracle’s emphasis on cloud-based machine learning and security provides the right ecosystem to nurture our evolving technology.”
“We are excited to have Airzus as part of our Oracle Global Startup Ecosystem,” said Jason Williamson, vice president, Oracle Global Startup Ecosystem. “They are leveraging emerging technologies to advance the growing and highly opportunistic space of drones and aerial services. We look forward to working with Airzus to help scale their business and push the boundaries of innovation in this fast-moving space.”
Airzus emphasizes skills, safety and professionalism over quantity of certified remote pilots in its drone services work. Remote pilots in its network have worked across industries, either directly or indirectly for clients such as Facebook, Microsoft, Comcast Spotlight, Truebeck Construction, G2D Images, Convey Inc. and others to capture aerial data and media.
