Binance Academy and Blockchain Center Expand Global Outreach with Al-Ahliyya Amman University Partnership

In an exciting development for blockchain education, Binance Academy, the open-access learning hub for blockchain and Web3, along with the Blockchain Center, has announced a significant expansion of its Global University Outreach Program.

This expansion now includes the esteemed Al-Ahliyya Amman University, marking a milestone in the initiative’s goal to revolutionize blockchain education globally.

The collaboration, in partnership with the Blockchain Center, seeks to integrate Blockchain Compliance and Blockchain Engineering into the curriculum of universities worldwide. Al-Ahliyya Amman University, renowned for its academic excellence, will now have access to a comprehensive range of resources curated by Binance Academy and the Blockchain Center.

As part of the initiative, the Blockchain Center will provide training for university professors, conduct expert-led workshops, seminars, and offer collaborative research opportunities. This multifaceted program aims to provide students and faculty at Al-Ahliyya Amman University with practical experience in the ever-evolving landscape of blockchain technology.

It is worth noting that the Global University Outreach Program, initially launched in 22 universities in Kazakhstan, is set to expand its footprint to over 200 universities across more than 50 countries. With a primary focus on blockchain engineering and compliance, the initiative aims to educate over one million students globally by 2026.

Aigerim Gilmanova, Head of Education Initiatives at the Blockchain Center, emphasized the critical role of education in driving blockchain adoption, stating, “Education is crucial in driving the adoption of blockchain technology into our daily lives. By extending our program to Al-Ahliyya Amman University, we are fostering an environment where students can explore, experiment, and innovate within the field of blockchain technology.”

Al-Ahliyya Amman University’s participation in specialized training sessions for university educators will contribute to the creation of a comprehensive academic knowledge bank. This knowledge bank will facilitate the seamless integration of blockchain engineering and compliance courses into the university’s existing educational programs.

According to Binance Academy, it aims to expand this transformative program and eagerly anticipates welcoming more universities that share the vision of harnessing the potential of blockchain technology.
